Mark Stumpf

Background

My name is Mark Stumpf. I have lived in the Indianapolis area basically my whole life. At the age of 7, my parents moved into a Broad Ripple area bungalow near Christ the King. While living there, I was a member of the Christ the King Parish and went to Broad Ripple High School and graduated with the class of 1993 as a member of the National Honor Society. Starting the next fall, I attended Purdue University and graduate in 1997 with a major in Computer Science and a minor in English, with an emphasis in composition. It was at Purdue where I met my future wife, Ada Quiñoy. We were married on August 8th, 1998.

For years, I worked as a Software Engineer, working my way up to become a Senior member of the staff. When the local economy faltered, I no longer saw the computer industry in Indianapolis as leading to an enjoyable and rewarding career, so I decided to take a chance at the Real Estate Industry.

Real Estate was nothing new for me. For years, my wife, Ada, and I were property managers for several homes in the Lawrence area. We have gone through the pain of the buying and selling process many times. It is for this reason that I decided to move into this career.

Ada and I have a son, named Donovan, who was born in October 26, 2001. While I may say that my business is the most important thing, there is no doubt that Donovan and my family are priority #1 in my life.

My top priority is to make the buying and selling process less stressful and to make it a rewarding opportunity for my clients. I have always worked as hard as possible for my clients will continue to do so no matter how big or small the house.
