Welcome to the Crossworld Properties website.  The mission of Crossworld Properties is to assist families in their search for a new home in the Indianapolis area.  In addition to Home Sales, we also have relationships with Home Builders and Property Managers.  We also work as property managers for several Lawrence area homes.  If you find that you need assistance in your search for a home, either to rent or buy, we will work as hard as possible to make this an enjoyable and rewarding experience for you.

We are truly passionate about the city of Indianapolis.  This is one of the great cities to live in today and it keeps getting better.  The world-class facilities, corporations and entertainment keeps Indianapolis in the news constantly.

Indianapolis is truly the "Cross-Roads of America".  Using the Interstate system, one could travel to major cities as Chicago, Detroit, Cincinnati, Louisville, St. Louis, Denver and many more without even leaving the road you start on.   No place in the United States is unreachable from Indy.

Hispanic Resources

As a native Puerto Rican, Ada Quiñoy is interested in also helping members of the Hispanic community.  She lived in San Juan, Puerto Rico all her life until making the  decision to attend college at Purdue University.  Several years later, she was married and moved to Indianapolis.  "For this reason I truly understand how important it is for people to find someone you feel comfortable talking to.  If you need someone who can help you and guide you through the process of buying or selling a home I promise I will work hard for you." 

Indianapolis is a growing home for Hispanics.  According to the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, the US Census reports that nearly 43,000 Hispanics relocated to Indianapolis between the years of 1990 and 2000.  This represents a 259% growth in the population over that same time period.
